1. Who we are

Ikenga Limited is responsible for personal information it receives through business enquiries. It is a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland under company number 828824. Its registered office is Workhub, 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, D18 CV48, Ireland.

2. Enquiries and information you provide

The enquiry builder runs in your browser. It prepares an email draft in your email application or copies it at your request. It does not submit the form to a website database, and Ikenga receives the information only if you send the email.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, organisation and message, along with correspondence needed to respond. Providing it is voluntary, but we need enough information to understand and answer your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential client documents in an initial message.

3. Why we use enquiry information

We use business enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond, consider a possible engagement and maintain an appropriate record of our correspondence. The basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients and managing business enquiries. Where you enquire in your personal capacity about entering into a contract, processing necessary to take steps at your request before that contract may also apply.

Information may also be retained or used where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This enquiry process does not add you to a marketing mailing list and does not make automated decisions about you.

4. Website operation and service providers

The website uses locally hosted images and system fonts. Its application code does not set advertising cookies, use analytics trackers or load embedded social media. The enquiry builder does not use browser storage.

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and security. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request times to operate and protect the website. Our published enquiry address uses Google’s Gmail service. Google processes messages you choose to send to that address; the enquiry builder does not upload its fields to a website server.

Hosting, security and email services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The providers’ published policies describe the transfer safeguards they use: OpenAI refers to adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses; Google and Cloudflare describe the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. 5. Access and retention

Enquiry information is used by Ikenga personnel responsible for handling the matter and the service providers needed to support that work. It may be disclosed to professional advisers or an authority where necessary and lawful.

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry, any resulting engagement and relevant legal or record-keeping needs. The nature and status of the matter, applicable obligations and any need to address a dispute determine the retention period. Separate terms or privacy information may apply if you become a client.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing or portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above.

You may raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission or another competent data protection supervisory authority.

7. Services and website information

The website describes Ikenga’s services in general terms. The scope, responsibilities, fees and terms of any work are agreed separately in writing. Website content is not advice on a particular matter, and sending an enquiry does not by itself create an engagement.

MLRO and other compliance appointments depend on the business concerned, the applicable regulatory requirements and any necessary approvals. Clients retain their own regulatory responsibilities. References to EU support do not imply authorisation or admission to practise a regulated profession in every jurisdiction.
